Accomodation is organised at Högfjällshotel, Hemavan, Sweden .  We will have access to 33 single rooms and 70 double rooms. We offer a package price for the conference registration and accomodation

The conference package price* (for 4 nights 10 - 14/4 2011) :
8000 SEK per person if accomodation in a single room
6400 SEK per person if accomodation in a shared double room

There is a possibility to register accompanying persons for a reduced fee.

* The package price includes conference registration, accomodation, food (breakfasts, coffees, lunches and dinners except for the conference dinner 13/4). The package price includes VAT (25%).

A written notification of cancellation should be sent to Camilla Persson ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ). If cancellation is received 60 days before the conference starts, the registration fee minus a cancellation fee (1000 SEK) will be refunded. No refunding is issued for cancellation received less than 60 days before the conference start. There will be no refunding in case of noshow.
