In writing the instruction are as follow:

Font: Times New Roman

Titel: Bold, Fontsize 20

Names: Bold, Fontsize 14, “First name” “last name”, in case you wish to include a middle name it should be with first letter followed by a dot. After each name a letter should follow in superscript corresponding to the right affiliation.

Affiliation: Italic, Fontsize 10, starting with the letter in superscript and then the address.
